We went there on Thursday for my birthday. The place was empty when we arrived, but we were soon greeted by Bouba, the owner, the chef and our entertainer for the night. We got the Chicken Liver Parfait for entrée, it was super smooth and silky. Perfectly balanced. Just the right amount of pepper. It took me back to my childhood. Our daughter devoured the entrée not knowing what it was.For mains we got Fondue and the Duck for our son. He doesn't fancy beans so I ended up eating one of the best Cassoulet I had the chance to put my hands on in Perth. For dessert we had the apple crumble. This was a pleasant way to end the night. Also chapeau a notre chef. He was waiting 5 tables by the time we ended our dinner. Cooking at the back and serving delicious raclette to other patrons. He was always smiling and never seemed to be under any type of stress managing the kitchen and the FOH service.Merci beaucoup, cela m'a fait extremement plaisir d'avoir passé mon anniversaire dans votre etablissement.

I really liked this place. I kept banging my head on the fireplace behind me, so probably not the best spot to sit, but we chose our own seat so it was our own fault lol.The food was absolutely amazing. Escargot was good and not just swimming in melted butter and garlic which it seems to be everywhere else I've had it. The beef fillet was divine as was the dessert. The service was non invasive and the gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly.I noticed they also do the Raclette" which was very cool to see!"

This place is overcharging their food. You pay 60 dollars for boiled potatoes, some deli meat and cheese. To much work for one waiter and when you asked for some extra deli meat because the meat that was put on the table was not enough for 6 adults you have to wait and wait and it never came. You pay 20 dollars for a tiny dessert. Also one of the cheese was taken of the table because he needed it for another table. We did not had enough cheese no vegetables it's definitely not worth 60 dollars. I will never eat here again.

The tastes are amazing, good service but the serving size for the price of the 2 course menu was too expensive. Undecided if we would return

We are disappointed with the quality of the food. We had the Snails a la Bourguignone" entree

The Raclette Experience here is to die for! Their Raclette cheese of choice is exquisite, and having the beautiful wrought iron and copper machine on the table to scrape melted cheese off the wheel from was divine! The perfect meal for two!The selection of hot potatoes and cold cuts; general selection of things to drizzle cheese on was excellent! We couldn't finish our plates and had to doggy bag our leftovers! The service was really excellent throughout the evening, and our lovely waiter really helped make our Anniversary dinner a special experience. Many Thanks! The deserts were amazing! We chose ones rich, flavorful, and piquant in the traditional French style and they were soo soo good.Restaurant was fully disabled accessible and Non Canine Assistance Animal friendly, extremely professional throughout.12/10 Would recommend, and we will be back again!*fyi The Raclette Experience needs to be booked in advance as it's off the standard menu during the hot season- so book well ahead, or miss the cheesey goodness!!!** Photo of my Non Canine Assistance Animal - Medical Biomonitor Assistance Animal - Pre-emptive Seizure Alert in his working nappy suit, because I was so busy enjoying the Raclette I forgot to photo it!Also so the post and thus restaurant gets a bump!Thankyou for a really lovely Anniversary night out Bloody French!!!

I was disappointed with the ambience and the cleanliness of the place. The food was very average, the fish in the bouillabaisse was mush. No aesthetic to the plating. Wont go again.

Service was friendly, although slow because they were understaffed. Food however was cold, bland, underwhelming. Probably wouldn't come back sorry.

Absolutely stunning food, expertly prepared. Could not fault it in any way. However… Restaurant fit out “quaint” at best, needs serious maintenance, dirty and disorganized. Beautiful double-sided fireplace not lit in the middle of winter.Obviously having staffing issues probably due to Covid. No one arrived to greet us for many minutes and we had to wander past the kitchen to be seen. Only one staff member seen all night despite a packed restaurant and he was wearing chefs uniform, to take orders, make drinks, deliver food, clean tables and work the till. Nevertheless he maintained pleasant disposition all night! Amazing job by him.Still absolutely worth it and will go again.

Nice quiet and cosy spot for a small group on a thursday night. I felt sorry for the one staff member serving 6 + tables of people. The raclette was a great experience but quite over priced for what was essentially cold meat and melted cheese with boiled potatoes. The desserts were overpriced and very small. The icecream tasted store bought and the chocolate fondant was in oastry which is not what I thought the traditional French dessert looked like.
