French restaurant

I love this place! The food is fantastic, they embrace suggestions with accomodating dietary requirements, they’re all super welcoming and their wine list is superb (oh, and well priced). The DJ even takes requests! I’ve had a couple of meals and have dropped in for drinks and it’s been a wonderful experience every time!

Great crepes! Moment we got in we were greeted with big smiles. Service is fast and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend:)

Great atmosphere, and delicious eclaires! I like the fact that they were not too sweet, thus not hiding anything. Lovely place, friendly staff. Will be back for sure :)

WOW!! Sensational Dining! These guys nailed it all…. from entree to dessert, such incredible flavour and texture profiles that have been well thought out and executed. Highly recommend the Barramundi with leek and pan fried dumpling. Best fish I’ve ever had! My husbands Rib eye and French fries were equally delicious, it was cooked perfectly with an amazing crusted texture on the outside, as fine diners coming from Melbourne we were highly impressed!The Rice pudding and caramel side (to mix in) is a must!!Also we loved the “house made” cocktail on offer.20/10 Superb!!!Thank you Angels house for an incredible experience especially on our anniversary night!! One that we will never forget!!

Crepes were really yummy and the coffee was very smooth. The friendly staff kept the place clean and neat. We enjoyed eating there and will definitely visit again.

Theatrical yet unpretentious, this restaurant is great for a fun and relaxed night out with friends and family. The waiters are mindful of flow of conversation and profiles each table to see how best to serve them, whether to bring the courses fast or slow. Rotating menu which changes seasonally. Well thought out menu for each dish. For this service (until July), the duck was outstanding with strong rich flavours balanced by the broccoli puree.Shrewd business acumen demonstrated. Right product, right vibe for target audience, right people, right price point, right venue. Likely to be profitable for a long time, looks enjoyable to work in, good diversity profile.Don't come too late; for many restaurants food quality gradually declines because they don't account for factors such as the stove being slightly warmer towards the end of the night or really staff just want to go home soon. Also wish they had invested in something to keep the bread warm when served.Even so, would likely impress and suit palate and entertainment appetite of most people living in Perth. Would definitely come back for the right occasion.

We went there on Thursday for my birthday. The place was empty when we arrived, but we were soon greeted by Bouba, the owner, the chef and our entertainer for the night.We got the Chicken Liver Parfait for entrée, it was super smooth and silky. Perfectly balanced. Just the right amount of pepper. It took me back to my childhood.Our daughter devoured the entrée not knowing what it was.For mains we got Fondue and the Duck for our son. He doesn't fancy beans so I ended up eating one of the best Cassoulet I had the chance to put my hands on in Perth.For dessert we had the apple crumble. This was a pleasant way to end the night.Also chapeau a notre chef. He was waiting 5 tables by the time we ended our dinner. Cooking at the back and serving delicious raclette to other patrons. He was always smiling and never seemed to be under any type of stress managing the kitchen and the FOH service.Merci beaucoup, cela m'a fait extremement plaisir d'avoir passé mon anniversaire dans votre etablissement.

Ordered the chocolate caramel tart for my birthday and it was the best! The gentleman who served me was so lovely and helpful, letting me know the best way for the tart to be served. I can't wait to try everything else in the store!

I recently had a birthday dinner here with a group of nine friends. I must say it was such a great fine dining experience we all had.I'm not sure whether there's the time limit during busy days or not, but it was a Tuesday night so it was quite relaxing. We had made a reservation for 6:30pm, but because we were waiting for more friends coming after, we didn't place our orders until after 7pm. The staff was super friendly and understanding, allowing us to enjoy our evening. We ended up staying until around 9pm, and throughout the entire time, we never felt rushed.The food was slow to arrive, however, it was worth the wait. I ordered the medium-rare Steak sirloin, and it was cooked just right on the spot. I was not a big fan of grill potato however it was done nicely for the dish. The bread and butter served as a prelude to the meal was also really nice.For dessert, my friends and I decided to share a cheese board, it was pretty average just like any other places. My partner had the profiteroles, which i got to try a little bit. The serve came with 3 little profiteroles, and was beautifully presented.My friend received her complimentary birthday wish from the restaurant. It was nice , however, it was only a small cookie with chocolate writing, which felt a bit underwhelming given the overall experience.All in all, our evening at Bistro Guillaume was an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a refined dining experience, be it for a special occasion or an intimate gathering.

The food was fantastic, I regret not having the massive Creme Brulee. Bread was utterly delicious. I had the steak tartare and the duck.I was greeted at the carpark by a cheerful waitress. This hospitality continued with a French waitress who was impeccably polite and helpful during service.Lost a star for service because of a passive aggressive attitude (i felt) by one of the male waiter, who on another occassion also completely ignored me even with eye contact when I needed something. At any cafe that be fine and I will shrug it off, but not at a fine dining restaurantAtmosphere loss two stars because their aircon was either off or struggling in the 34 degree heat. They need to add more units, not pleasant when your trying to enjoy lunch by sweltering. As a tip sit towards the toilets as there is a separate aircon unit.But can not complain at all about the food or the main waiter that mainly served us
